Being Proud of Your Profession as a Salesperson

Selling believe it or not is one of the most important professions on the planet.

Selling is right up there with the usual Doctor, Lawyer and Indian Chief.

Salespeople do not take a back seat to anyone.

It makes no difference if you are on straight commission are salaried.

Helping people over come their many problems is your gig.

With out salespeople the world could not go on, it would just be an impossibility.

Believe it or not every thing has to be sold even down to the weapons our solders use on the front line.

Most of us sell more mundane items that can range anywhere from fruit cakes to lawn mowers but goods do not just leap off the shelves. Someone has to offer these items to the public and in such a fashion so that the prospects will want and desire the items to take care of their issues.

The customer may be hungry or simply want to get from one town to another but what ever their problems are Salespeople are ready to assist the customers in getting what they need.

If you are an internet marketer such as my self then your job is pretty simple.

You have to first discover what problems people are facing today and then fulfill their need with something that will solve the potential customer's problems, desires or needs.

If you have a product that does all of this and it is affordable for that potential customer you will have made a sale.

The important thing is you have to sell something you feel is a benefit to the customer and offers a real value for the money.

It may not be some thing you can personally afford and that is all right. I am sure a lot of airplane salespeople do not own their own personal aircraft but would not want to sell something that they would not be willing to fly in themselves if it came right down to it.

You should kind of get the picture and if your sales or a little down right now don't get disparate, just go find a good prospect or two for what ever you are selling and then make the sale.

It really is as simple as this.

We do get what we want and desire if we focus on what we are wanting instead of what we don't have.
