Guess What? The Truth Is You Are Probably A Lot Better Than You Think You Are

Has anyone every told you that you are a lot better than think you are?

Probably not!

One of the reasons I did so well managing and promoting the salespeople that worked with me over the years was simply telling them what I am telling you right now.

The truth is we all are much better than we think we are.

Everybody has their strong points as well as a few weak points.

The ideal way to approach this is to play up the strong points, whatever they are and continue to work on the weak points that may or may not be holding you back.

You are what you are, no more, no less, so just realize that regardless of where you are in life now you can always improve.

Making constant improvement should become a way of life for all Americans.

It is not how much you have in the bank at this very moment that counts but what you intend to have in the bank in the future.

Once you have decided on a goodly amount then you have to plan and decide how you are going about accomplishing this worth while goal.

It is important to remember that there is no shortage of money in the world and there is plenty of gold in them there hills if you are willing to work for it.

Most of the people that read this blog or obviously in the profession of sales but it makes no difference what you do for a living. Somebody somewhere is making over a million dollars a year doing exactly what you are doing, just doing it a little different and probably doing a lot more of it.

The secret is finding the people that want what you have to offer.

But even before you do this you need to go to your mirror and have a heart to heart talk with yourself and see exactly what you need to improve on and what you have going on in your life that is great.

Once you have this conversation with your self daily for a while you will come to the conclusion that you want to be as well as deserve to be, one of the top salespeople in your company.

The other thing that will come about and is equally as important is discovering why you want to be the top performing salesperson in your organization.

The more powerful your whys or reasons are, the better. Because if your whys are important to you, you will be more likely to stick with your program and accomplish your goals.

For example if you are in sales you might then start telling yourself about fifty times a day that you choose to be one of the top salespeople in your organization and why.

Then guess what?

You will subconsciously start doing the things that will cause this to happen.

Believe me in about three to four weeks of you doing this every day religiously without let up, all of this will start to come to pass.

Your sales career and income will completely turn around and then others will be begging you for advice on how they to can improve their numbers.

Once again, I hope this information will help you to start thinking and get you started so your sales get up to where they need to be.

Remember the highest paid profession on the planet is sales!
